what do you do when you have no idea what to talk about?
play the “i want…” game where each of you have to begin a sentence with “i want” and eventually it becomes a conversation.
i did that with @kazwan. it was darn funny.
here’s snippets of the story.
kazwan (K) : I want a camera
me (M) : i want a camera too.. which one u want? answer back in “i want..”
K : I want an A350
M : i want diana mini with flash
K : I want to know what the heck is that
M : i want to show u that in a short while

K : I want to hide now….coz you saw that.

ok.. i give up. i can’t be doing a blog post in two languages. allow me to post this in english because my medium of the talk i was at today was in english and i don’t want to crack my head thinking of words in bahasa because of this. maybe i will when i have more time. but not today.
had an executive talk at intan earlier today. more on social media and pr in social media. gosh.. i think i need to stop listening to someone talk about facebook, twitter, youtube and all that for once. a bit tired after having listening to the same thing over and over again. i believe most of the crowd today would have already known what is facebook at least. the age group of the crowd is not that old or not too young either.
the media night is coming up. will talk about it soon as well.
in the mean time, i need to sleep. though i just had dinner about 50 minutes ago and i shouldn’t be sleeping or resting on bed, i really have to this time. my eyes are closing slowly and my head is getting heavier.
oh well, shucks diet for today as my body screams TIRED from 9am.

setelah mengenali alam maya sejak umur 12 lagi dan mula menggunakan blog pada tahun tersebut juga, hari ini baru saya tahu sesuatu yang baru.
saya baru tahu bahawa anda tidak semestinya memerlukan telefon blackberry, iPhone atau telefon yang lebih kurang fungsinya kerana anda juga boleh membuat entri blog melalui SMS. ye, anda tidak silap baca. SMS.
telah pun saya cuba sebelum entri ini dan terbukti memang cepat sekali SMS yang saya hantar menjadi entri blog. kini saya bolehlah menulis entri walaupun tidak mempunyai sambungan internet ataupun pada masa TNB bercadang untuk memutuskan bekalan elektrik. (itupun kalau telefon bimbit saya tidak kehausan bateri)
ternyata, tiada sambungan internet tidak bermakna anda terputus dari dunia blog atau tidak mengemaskinikan blog itu. – macam cakap pasal diri sendiri sebab ada satu tempoh itu saya tidak blog sebab tidak ada inspirasi.
jadi, tunggu apa lagi? aktifkan aplikasi yang telah ada ini untuk kegunaan anda!

dalam dua hari saya melaporkan diri di tempat kerja baru, saya telah ditugaskan untuk membantu dalam satu acara – sambutan hari wanita yang diadakan di pusat konvensyen kuala lumpur.
satu pengalaman yang menarik bagi saya yang berpindah dari sebuah agency ke bahagian komunikasi korporate. hari ini hari ketiga saya. saya rasa keseronokan akan datang lagi!
(baru sedar bahasa malaysia saya ini sebenarnya buruk)
within the first two days of my new job, i was involved in an event – women’s day celebration held at the kl convention centre.
it was a great experience for me moving from an agency to a corporate communication division. it has been fun. today is just my day 3. hope i’ll be having more fun!

hari ini menandakan hari pertama dalam bulan puasa. setiap penganut islam di dunia ini akan berpuasa selama sebulan sebelum menyambut hari raya. masa begini anda boleh memperoleh pelbagai jenis makanan yang akan dijual di bazaar ramadhan untuk berbuka.
apa yang akan saya buat? saya juga akan menyertai mereka berpuasa. sekadar untuk merehatkan perut saya dan berharap untuk dapat mengurangkan berat badan saya juga.
baiklah, saya perlu berehat sekejap. nanti perlu bangun awal untuk sahur – sekadar untuk isikan perut dengan makanan sebelum subuh yang akan menandakan mulanya puasa untuk hari itu.
selamat berpuasa kepada kawan-kawan islam dan kepada yang bukan islam, selamat “membeli-belah” untuk makanan!
today is the first day of fasting! every muslim in the world will be fasting for a month before they celebrate hari raya. this is the time where you’ll get great food at the ramadhan bazaars that will be up everywhere to break fast.
what will i be doing? i’ll join them fasting as well. just to rest my tummy to detox. hopefully lose some weight as well.
ok, i better go rest now. have to wake up early for sahur, just to have something to fill my tummy before the dawn which will mark the start of fast for that day.
